This is a perfect summertime recipe.
Pineapple Salad from Audra Redlin
Ahead of time mix-
1 cup crushed pretzels
½ cup sugar
1 stick butter softened
(I usually double this part of the recipe)
Mix really well, pat down on a baking sheet
Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes
Cool and break apart
Beat together
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
Add 20 oz can pineapple drained
-1 can mandarin oranges drained
Mix with pretzel crumble
