Hello future winemakers.
We are sponsoring a class for beginning winemaking to help you get started in the world of making red and white wines.
We'd like to help you understand the basic knowledge of the process and equipment needed. Our goal is to get you started and find success in making enjoyable wines to drink and share.
Please sign up if you are interested. When we get enough people that are interested, we will get a date and location for the class.
This is a fun and rewarding hobby.

Our next club meeting is Nov. 11 at 7:00pm which will be a presentation by Chris Kutac on the Process Guide for Red Wine. Helping us to make flawless red wine and will include a tasting of his wines.
Also, we have our apple wine competition, so bring your best bottle of apple wine. Best of luck.
If you have a wine that you would like evaluated, please arrive at 6:30pm to have our wine doctors give an evaluation. This is always a good opportunity to understand the "what went right" and "what went wrong" parts in our winemaking journey.
Please mark your calendar for our annual Club Holiday Party on December 11. This year it will be on a Friday at the Croatian Hall. Times, cost, and details will be shared soon.
