The January general meeting will feature a presentation by Joey DeCarlo on aged wine; what happens to wine as it ages, and what techniques we as home winemakers might use to make age worthy and successfully aged wines.
Joey will also be sharing some pretty special aged wines with us, so this will be a tasting as well. There is no charge for current Purple Foot members and a $10 fee for non-members. You won't want to miss this one!
