The November General Meeting is focused on two things:
The main event is a special presentation & tasting by member Chris Jones. Chris made the journey from home amateur to professional. He will be talking about that process, then discussing the business and processes for Claudio Family Cellars. Chris will lead us through a tasting of 6 wines, touching on the details and techniques behind each one. This is sure to be an excellent talk that is both fun and educational.
Before that, our annual we have the Apple Wine Competition. This is a long standing Purple Foot tradition. Bring your apple wines! This is your chance to win and have your name engraved on the legendary trophy, which has names going back to 1989! Please show up early to enter your wines.
As always, please feel free to show up 30 minutes early with a wine to be evaluated before the meeting starts at 7:00. This is a great opportunity to get feedback and advice. It's also fun!
"The Purple Foot" is a 501(c)(7) non-profit organization.
