The April meeting will feature a comprehensive winemaking presentation on fruit wines by Pete Meulepas and Mike Little. They will take us through the process from start to finish, including fruit selection, winemaking techniques, the different acids, and finishing and balancing. Expect some great tips and recommendations. A tasting will also be included.
As always, please feel free to show up at least 30 minutes early with a wine to be evaluated before the meeting starts at 7:00. This is a great opportunity to get feedback and advice. It's also fun!
