Our next club meeting is Nov. 11 at 7:00pm which will be a presentation by Chris Kutac on the Process Guide for Red Wine. Helping us to make flawless red wine and will include a tasting of his wines. If you have a wine that you would like evaluated, please arrive at 6:30pm to have our wine doctors give an evaluation. This is always a good opportunity to understand the "what went right" and "what went wrong" parts in our winemaking journey.
