Sounds like you're on it. Just don't forget the lid (condensation, rising cap). Also, try as best you can to avoid scratching the plastic as scratches can harbor bacteria, increasing cleaning requirements.
Hello all, I'll be using food safe Brute trashcans as fermenters this year. For their first use, is there anything more I need to do aside from a thorough wash with PBW and then sanitize before I add the must?
